San Francisco Premium Outlets is located 40 miles East of downtown San Francisco.

From the West:
Follow I-580 to exit 48 El Charro Rd. The center is to the right from the exit.
*Alternate Route: Follow I-580 to exit onto Tassajara/Santa RitaRd and head south, then turn eastonto Stoneridge Dr.

From the East:
Follow I-580 to exit 48 Fallon Road. The center is to the left after exiting the freeway.
*Alternate Route: Follow I-580 to exit onto Isabel Ave (SR 84) and head south, then turn westonto Jack London Blvd.

*Alternate routes suggested on popular shopping weekends and holidays.

By Train

BART - BAY AREA RAPID TRANSIT
Take BART to the East Pleasanton/Dublin station then board theWheels Bus Route 14 to the Outlets. Route runs7 days a week.Information on public transportation routes and schedules is available at (925) 455-7500.

ACE - ALTAMONT CORRIDOR EXPRESS
Take ACE Monday - Friday mornings from Stockton or evenings from San Jose to Livermore and then board the Wheels Bus Route 14 to the Outlets.

By Bus

LAVTA - Livermore Amador Valley Transit Authority
Take Wheels Bus (LAVTA) throughout the Tri-Valley area to connect to Route 14 which makes daily stops at San Francisco Premium Outlets. Wheels also connects to County Connection which services cities within the Contra Costa County.

Lost and Found is located in the Management Office located inside the Food Court and is open Monday through Friday 8:30AM-5PM.

Please visit the Management Office for center information, regarding leasing a kiosk, wheelchair rentals, and lost and found. Mall Management Office is located inside the Food Court. The Management Office is open Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm and closed Saturday and Sunday.

San Francisco Premium Outlets is pleased to offer our guests a more convenient, environmentally friendly way to valet park. The ticketless valet stand is located near North Face and Armani and has a rate of $8*. When you arrive, the valet will send a digital ticket directly to your phone. To retrieve your car, simply show the same digital ticket. You can even request your car up to 10 minutes before you are ready to go. Simply click on the link in the ticket to pay (and tip!) your valet and you’ll be on your way.

No cell phone? No problem. Just ask for a recyclable TEZ ticket.
